## Overview **How You'll Make an Impact :** - Coordinates outpatient rehabilitation registrations, insurance verification, and financial classification. - Registers patients and manages authorizations using CPSI and Aprima. - Verifies physician orders with providers, patients, and the rehabilitation department. - Obtains and documents required prior authorizations from insurance payers. - Collects and updates patient demographic and insurance information. - Communicates benefit information and estimated patient responsibility to Patient Financial Counseling. - Assists the Business Office with appeals related to authorization denials.
