ABOUT THIS TEMP POSITION This is a temporary position. The length of the assignment is estimated to go from August to December 2026, but this is always dependent on business need, and these dates may change. While the assignment would be at the Alliance, you would be an employee of a temporary employment agency that we would connect you with if hired for this position. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) temporary assignment. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Reporting to the Operations Business Analysis Manager, this position: Coordinates between all departments and with the Compliance Division to meet necessary regulatory and compliance deliverables Reviews new regulatory requirements and provides initial interpretation Assists new requirements and collaborating with departments to mitigate compliance deficiencies Drafts policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure documented processes accurately reflect current operations and are compliant Coordinates with departments within the Division to draft audit deliverables in response to corrective actions. Supporting departments with regulatory reporting, including developing reporting requirements and ensuring reports are delivered timely WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL To read the full position description and list of requirements, click here . Knowledge of: Windows based PC systems and Microsoft Word, Excel (including working knowledge of pivot tables), Outlook, PowerPoint , Visio , and Adobe Acrobat Research, analysis, and reporting methods Basic standards in business analysis Ability to: Interpret and apply complex regulations, policies, and procedures Think critically to make informed recommendations Draft policies, procedures, workflows, written reports , and other program documents Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in H ealth C are, Business, or a related field and a minimum of two year s of experience conducting or supporting business analysis activities , including some experience related to project coordination or project management (four years of additional experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree); or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be qualifying. OTHER INFORMATION We are in a hybrid work environment, and we anticipate that the interview process will take place remotely via Microsoft Teams. While some staff may work full telecommuting schedules, attendance at quarterly company-wide events or department meetings will be expected. In-office or in-community presence may be required for some positions and is dependent on business need. Details about this can be reviewed during the interview process.
