This professional will collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance patient safety, reduce liability exposure, and improve overall quality of care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Investigate and analyze adverse events, near misses, and incident reports - Lead root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans - Educate staff on risk management policies and best practices - Monitor compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards - Maintain thorough documentation of investigations and interventions - Serve as a liaison with legal counsel, insurance carriers, and regulatory agencies - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety committees - Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required) - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred) - 3+ years of clinical nursing experience - Experience in risk management or quality assurance (preferred) - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
