## Description **Job Purpose:** The purpose of this job is to perform all aspects of patient intake. Accurately gather insurance, demographic and diagnostic information for the proper methodology of billing. **Education:** Possess a High School diploma or equivalent. **Preferred**: Possess one or two year’s college with completion of an approved program in medical terminology. **Licensure/Certification/Registration:** None **Experience:** Possess one (1) or two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare related field. Must have exceptional public relation skills as well as interpersonal skills. **Preferred:** Possess knowledge of third party payors.
