As a Surgery RVT, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality surgical care to our patients. You'll work alongside board-certified surgeons and highly skilled veterinary professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. ### **Key Responsibilities:** - Preoperative Care: Prepare surgical suites assist with patient preparation. - Anesthesia: Administer, monitor, and adjust anesthesia during procedures, ensuring patient safety. - Surgical Assistance: Assist surgeons by providing instruments, maintaining aseptic technique, and anticipating needs. - Postoperative Care: Monitor patient recovery, administer medications, maintain accurate medical records. - Radiography: Capture and process diagnostic X-rays as needed for surgical procedures. - Equipment Maintenance: Clean, sterilize, and maintain surgical equipment and instruments. - Client Communication: Provide clear, compassionate guidance on postoperative care and home recovery instructions. - Emergency Response: Assist with emergency surgical procedures when needed. - Any other duties as assigned. ## **Who You Are** We’re seeking a dedicated, reliable, and team-oriented RVT who thrives in a surgical setting.
