In other companies, the position of Registered Nurse is often referred to by different titles, such as RN, Nurse, Nursing, and Clinical Director. **Qualifications** - Have current Registered Nurse License. - 1-year experience as a licensed registered nurse, preferably in a community-based care setting. - Knowledge of basic principles necessary to provide competent nursing care. - Ability to assess human response to actual or potential health problems. - Ability to communicate care well, both written and orally. - Ability to relate to individuals from a variety of diverse ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds. - Follow the state mandated guidelines for medication management and community-based care. - Understand and follow state regulations as well as company policies and guidelines. - English language required. - CPR Certification (preferred). **Bonaventure Senior Living** Our state-of-the-art senior living community offers assisted living, memory care, and independent living.
