You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team that is committed to your professional development and success. ## About You To be successful in this role, you will have: - Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse - An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards - A passion for delivering person-centred care - Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team - Experience working with residents living with dementia, or a willingness to develop your skills in this area - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster **New graduate Registered Nurses are encouraged to apply.** **Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.** ## Why Join UPA?
