Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service. **Department/Position Overview:** We are currently seeking Registered Nurses for our Beacon Award winning 16 bed General Intensive Care Unit. The most common diagnosis on this unit are myocardial infarctions, life-threatening dysrhythmias, cardiac post-procedures, gastrointestinal bleeds, acute respiratory distress, vascular surgeries and general surgeries with complications. **Education** - **Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN (required) or MSN (preferred)** **Certification/Licensure** - **Registered nursing License (Required)** - **BLS required within 90 days of hire** **Experience** - **18 months of relevant nursing experience required** **Be a part of an excellent healthcare organization that cares about our People, Quality, Patient Safety, Service, and Integrity.
