Be part of our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in healthcare! **As a Registered Nurse you will:** - Accurately prepare and administer prescribed medications according to Hospital policy, and scope of practice. - Make routine assessments of patient condition and provides nursing care to patients within policy and procedure and according to physician orders, alerting supervisor of problems. - Document admission, physical assessment, monthly summaries, variance reports, and pertinent resident information. - Participate in resident care plans. - Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about optimizing patient care?
