This role provides specialized nursing care to women throughout their reproductive life cycle, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecological care. The RN works closely with Ob/Gyn physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure the health and well-being of patients in a non-hospital setting. Responsibilities include managing routine and high-risk cases, handling abnormal results, performing triage, coordinating care across multiple clinic sites, and supporting quality improvement and compliance initiatives. * * * ## Essential Responsibilities - Travel between multiple women’s health clinic sites to provide comprehensive nursing care - Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans - Review and manage abnormal test results; notify patients and coordinate follow-up care - Provide detailed explanations of abnormal results and guide patients on next steps - Perform triage assessments for urgent or emergent concerns, prioritizing care appropriately - Recognize and respond to obstetric and gynecological emergencies with provider notification - Coordinate with obstetric teams to ensure pre-procedure requirements are met - Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as ordered by providers - Assist with gynecological exams, prenatal care, and office-based procedures - Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, pregnancy, postpartum care, and preventive health measures - Coordinate workflow of medical assistants to ensure efficient clinic operations - Facilitate communication among healthcare team members to promote collaborative care - Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and care coordination across sites - Maintain accurate records and adherence to clinic policies and procedures - Assist with supply and equipment maintenance at all locations - Participate in patient education programs and community outreach - Maintain proper tracking and reporting of OB patients - Perform other duties as assigned * * * ## Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required - Current Florida license as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * * * ## Experience - Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in obstetrics, gynecology, or community health setting ## Skills & Abilities - Ability to manage two centers and multi-site responsibilities - Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient management skills - Compassionate, patient-centered care delivery - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems * * * ## Benefits & Rewards TFHC offers a **comprehensive benefits package** designed to support your well-being and professional growth (for all eligible employees): - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Generous PTO and 7 paid company holidays - 401(k) program with employer contribution after one year - Employee discount…
