Our team is committed to partnering with our seniors to remain at home through promoting open communication and shared decision making while providing excellent care and services. **Benefits of the Registered Nurse (RN)** - **Monday - Friday, Daylight Schedule 8:00AM - 4:30PM** - Minimal On-Call Rotation - Competitive Pay - Comprehensive Benefits Package - 401k - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays Off **Responsibilities include but not limited to:** - Identifying medical needs for individual members, and setting care priorities accordingly - Developing ongoing Plans of Care, in partnership with Senior LIFE interdisciplinary teams - Interpreting, recording and acting on diagnostic results, and performing advanced nursing techniques and critical care procedures - Identifying and assessing major medical problems, and communicating potential needs to a physician or specialist **Qualifications** Applicants should have at least one year working specifically with an elderly or aging population, hold a current RN license, and valid driver's license.
