We’re united by a commitment to excellence and a drive to be the best in the region. **How you’ll contribute** A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: - Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. - Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family. - Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. - Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs. - Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances. - Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. - Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. - Maintains regular and reliable attendance. - Performs other duties as assigned. **Why join us** We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
