We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Required Education, Experience, and Skills: - Graduate from an accredited and approved RN/LPN program required. - Current, unrestricted RN/LPN license in the state of Iowa required. - Must successfully complete Basic Life Support (BLS) requirements through the organization’s Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) program within 30 days of hire. - Must successfully complete Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) requirements through the organization’s Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) program within 30 days of hire. (RN Only) - Dependent Adult and Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter within 30 days of hire. - Must have legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: - Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of employment. (RN only) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 30 days of employment.
