Our nurses provide essential care for newborns, supporting their first moments while partnering closely with families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. **How you’ll contribute** A **Registered Nurse (RN)** who excels in this role: - Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs - Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions - Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient - Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record - Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient - Performs timely and accurate QI assessments **What we’re looking for** You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
