Registered Nurse, RN - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Fort Collins Visits team and work with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis. Please note: c urrent or recent experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting with OASIS documentation experience is strongly preferred. As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse: • A current Colorado RN license in good standing • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma Additional Information: Pay: $58-63 per point, based on qualifications Mileage reimbursement As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
