[Read more here](https://www.comforcare.com/careers/testimonials.html). **Benefits/Perks** - Flexible scheduling - Bi-weekly pay - Career opportunities **What you’ll be doing:** - Performing client evaluations in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies. - Developing an individualized care plan for each client. - Reports client significant changes to the Administrator, authorized client representative and other team members. - Maintains client records and documentation. - Delegates tasks to unlicensed personnel based upon their scope of practice where allowable. - Performs supervisory visits. - Participates in the competency skill assessment of unlicensed personnel. - Participates as requested in the agency's Quality Assurance Performance Improvement program. **What we’re looking for:** ***Please Note we are only Considering Local/Corpus Christi Applicants at this time.*** - Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. - Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN). - 2 years of Home Care experience and 1 year of Supervisory experience. - Current CPR certification. - Access to reliable transportation. - Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job. - Knowledge of safety and infection control practices. # Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs.
