Registered Nurse Manager

Nursing leaders are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Manager position with Liberty Healthcare. This is a key management role with new statewide initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a largescale critical incident, grievance and complaint management system for Home and Community-Based Services provided to older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities. **Responsibilities** - Hiring, training and supervising a team of 10 human services professionals - Quality oversight of incident management, grievance review and complaint resolution activities - Ensuring the efficient and effective processing of a high volume of cases - Providing clinical leadership - Consulting on complex cases - Data analysis and reporting - Supporting the program’s Director with various leadership activities - Leading with a focus on the best interests of the people we serve **Schedule** You will work primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
