Monitors and tracks bloodborne pathogen exposures and Tuberculin skin testing program for compliance per hospital policy. \*Monitors Employee Health records for compliance with vaccination requirements per hospital policy. \*Assists in the organization of employee files, records, and pertinent occupational health statistics to facilitate easy access and analysis. \*Employs sound professional judgment and demonstrates creativity in recommending reasonable solutions in the work environment. \*Assists in the follow-up of workers’ compensation investigations at the request of the Manager and accurately documents findings. \*Other duties as assigned. Administers medication and vaccines provided in the Employee Health Department. Conducts new hire assessments and annual assessments for team members. **Education:** • Associate's of Nursing [Required] • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] **Work Experience:** • 1+ years experiences as a registered nurse [Required] • Microsoft, Excel, EMR experience [Required] **Licenses and Certifications:** • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] **Pay Range:** $32.16 - $56.28 **Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)** Certain positions are subject to **Florida Level 2 background screening**, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
