Real work-life balance.* ### ■ WHAT YOU’LL LEAD & DELIVER - Lead all clinical operations with autonomy: IV therapy administration, client monitoring, documentation excellence, and regulatory compliance. - Mentor, schedule, and develop a growing team of IV technicians and support staff — hiring, training, feedback, and career growth support. - Deliver direct client consultations and personalized wellness education — helping clients understand therapies and achieve their health goals. - Oversee inventory, supplies, workflows, and daily clinic efficiency so the team can focus on exceptional care. - Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service, follow-up, and results — turning first-time visitors into loyal wellness partners. - Collaborate with the Medical Director, Functional Health Providers, and ownership on protocols, new service development, quality improvement, and community outreach. - Stay current on IV nutrition science and best practices; share knowledge to continuously elevate team expertise and client outcomes. ### ■ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR **Education & Licensure:** Active Georgia RN license (or eligible). Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years vascular access / IV infusion experience.
