What You'll Do: ✔ Coordinate and oversee medical care for individuals with diverse healthcare needs✔ Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as ordered✔ Complete assessments and monitor ongoing health concerns✔ Educate and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on medical care and equipment✔ Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams✔ Ensure compliance with state regulations and best practices✔ Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and medical training initiatives This is a Full-Time position that does not require travel.
