Registered Manager - Children’s Residential Service

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager for its client’s Children’s Residential Service based in Swindon. This role involves leading a brand-new, trauma-informed therapeutic children’s service designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and family-style home for vulnerable young people. With capacity for just 4–5 children, the service aims to feel like a true home—where everyday moments such as mealtimes, homework, and shared activities become opportunities for healing and growth.
