Other duties may be assigned. - Assists the doctor in procedures - Operated x-ray equipment and takes x-rays - Prophy teeth - Instructs patients on oral hygiene - Chart and treatment plan with doctor - Sterilizes instruments - Setup and prepares rooms for hygiene and treatment - Take IO's - Charting - Sealants, if applicable ## Qualifications **Education and/or Experience:** - Certification from a dental college OR 3+ months related experience and/or training OR Equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred - BIlingual in Spanish, preferred **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:** - California Registered Dental Assistant License - X-Ray Certification - Coronal Polish Certification required - Current BLS certification - Sealant Certification, preferred
