As part of the Residential Leadership Team, this position involves overseeing the daily operations of two Children’s Homes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The Dual Registered Manager is responsible for leading and mentoring two teams of Residential Childcare Workers, supported by four Deputy Managers. The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant qualifications in social care or a related field, with proven experience in managing Children’s Homes or similar settings. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a genuine commitment to the well-being and development of our children. Excellent organisational and time-management skills are required to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Personal attributes such as empathy, compassion, resilience, and integrity are considered essential for this role.
