Position Title: Behavior Technician Reports to: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation: - $19–$25/hr - Sign-on bonus available - Mileage reimbursement Responsibilities and Duties - Provide 1:1 and group ABA interventions under BCBA supervision - Deliver therapy in homes, community settings, and outpatient offices - Collect real-time, accurate data using digital tools - Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies designed by BCBAs - Communicate progress and challenges to caregivers and team - Collaborate with a team of providers including ST, OT, PT, and mental health professionals - Support children in achieving meaningful developmental and behavioral goals - Attend supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training - Achieve and maintain RBT certification (paid training and study support available) What We’re Looking For Minimum Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (must be willing to transport clients when needed) - Pass background checks and drug screening - Day and evening availability Preferred Experience (may be eligible for higher pay): - Professional experience working with children - Experience in school settings or with crisis intervention - Experience with children or teens with developmental differences or challenging behaviors Soft Skills: - Empathy, humility, and integrity - Strong time management and professional communication - Receptive to feedback and open to growth Bonus Qualifications: - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - Undergraduate degree in a related field - High energy and passion for helping others Benefits - Paid RBT certification training, study sessions, and competency checks - Full-time eligibility at just 30 hours/week - Health, dental, vision, and life insurance - Short- and long-term disability coverage - 401K and Roth IRA with employer contribution - Paid time off and holidays - Focus on work-life balance - Leadership development and mentorship opportunities - Employee recognition and rewards program Our Values in Action Compassion – Provide a welcoming environment that values people for who they are Growth – Create opportunities to empower confidence in everyone Teamwork – Cultivate open collaboration to serve our people, clients, and community Possibility – Relentlessly pursue strategies to support a lifetime of fulfillment About SCI Founded in 2016, Supportive Community Innovations is proud to be a growing, mission-driven organization with decades of combined clinical experience.
