Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Fayetteville, NC

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. Whether you're an experienced RBT or newly certified, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team focused on your success. **What You'll Do:** • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and/or community settings, depending on assignment. • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). • Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system. • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress. • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families. • Maintain professionalism while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
