If you’re ready for a fresh start this spring, now is the time to make a difference. **Position: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** - **Hourly Pay:** $19-25/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience) - **Training, onboarding, and drive time:** Paid at $15/hr - **Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment** **What You’ll Do** - Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based strategies - Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician - Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings - Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed - Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families - Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care - Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life-changing progress - Be a steward of ATS’s mission, vision, values, and beliefs. **Why Join ATS This Spring?** - Bi-weekly pay for the rewarding, hard work. - Up to 2 weeks paid time off (based on hours worked) + 12 floating holiday hours. - We offer medical coverage from individual to family plan options, dental, vision for those who qualify.
