In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. If you're driven by the desire to help children reach their full potential and thrive in a supportive team environment, we'd love to have you on board! **Responsibilities:** - Work effectively with children - Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director - Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports - Implement behavior-based treatment plans - Educate parents on classroom support techniques - Ensure safety and quality care for clients - Establish professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community resources - Maintain training materials and supplies - Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources **Job Type:** Part-Time (15-20 Hours Hours) **Salary:** ***$24.00 - $28.00 per hour*** **Schedule:** Mon-Wed-Fri (3-7) Tues-Thurs (3-6) **Work Location:** In-Person / Client Home - Smithfield, VA **Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred - Experience with children and strong people skills - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required - Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly - Strong communication skills (verbal & written) - CPR/First Aid certification preferred - Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred, but not required (training provided) **Benefits:** - Flexible schedule - Mileage reimbursement - Paid time off - Paid training - Professional development assistance - Referral program
