Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments. ### Key Responsibilities - Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings - Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs - Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) - Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals - Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff - Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies ### Qualifications ### Required - Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities ### Preferred - TRICARE certification - CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) ### About The Treetop The Treetop provides compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy services for children ages 2–18 in home, clinic, and community settings.
