Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician In-Home ABA Services Schedule: Weekdays Mornings (consistent hours) + optional weekend hours Employment Type: Part-time Location: In person (in-home) Millsap, TX Position Overview Affirmative Parenting Solutions, LLC is seeking a reliable, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to pass background and employment eligibility requirements. - Strong professionalism, reliability, and communication skills. - Comfortable providing in-home services. Preferred Qualifications - Active RBT certification (strongly preferred). - Experience working with children with autism or related developmental needs. - Familiarity with ABA teaching strategies and data collection.
