As we expand, we're seeking a R**egistered Architect** who thrives in healthcare environments and is passionate about designing functional, modern, patient‑centered spaces. As our Architect, you will lead the interior planning and design for a range of healthcare project types, including: - **Orthopedic clinics and exam spaces** - **Physical therapy and rehabilitation facilities** - **Procedure and surgical suite environments** - **Administrative and clinical support areas** This role is ideal for someone who understands how to design for clinical efficiency, patient flow, accessibility, and regulatory compliance within healthcare interiors. **What You’ll Do** - Develop **space plans, interior layouts, and detailed drawings** that support clinical workflow and orthopedic care delivery. - Create **finish plans, materials palettes, FFE specifications, and lighting concepts** aligned with our brand and patient‑experience goals. - Ensure compliance with **ADA, life‑safety, FGI**, and healthcare‑specific requirements. - Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, PT leadership, and surgical operations to tailor designs to specialty needs. - Prepare presentation materials, design boards, and digital models for leadership and stakeholder review. - Conduct site visits, field measurements, and construction administration as required. - Work closely with contractors, equipment planners, and vendors throughout project execution. **What We’re Looking For** - Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture.** - Registered as an Architect in Georgia. - **3+ years of experience** designing healthcare interiors (medical office, ASC, PT, or similar strongly preferred). - Proficiency in **Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite**, and 3D visualization tools. - Strong knowledge of healthcare codes and interior planning standards. - Ability to balance creativity with function, efficiency, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills; experience collaborating with clinical staff is a plus. **Are you ready to bring your expertise to a team committed to excellence in Orthopedics?
