Your leadership will directly influence Gateway's growth, customer loyalty and long-term commercial success. # How You'll Lead - Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional sales team. - Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus. - Execute regional growth strategies aligned with Gateway's commercial objectives. - Coach Sales Account Managers and Business Development Managers in consultative selling, territory planning and relationship management. - Develop future sales leaders through mentoring and coaching. - Partner with Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Build strategic relationships with key veterinary partners. - Use performance metrics and market intelligence to improve regional performance. - Support new product launches, strategic initiatives and market expansion. # What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline preferred. - Proven success leading high-performing B2B sales teams. - Strong coaching and talent development experience. - Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen. - Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. - Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region. # Working Environment - Field-based leadership role. - Approximately 75% travel throughout the region. - Regular customer visits, ride-alongs and leadership meetings. - Occasional evenings, weekends and industry events. # Ready to Lead?
