ABC’s National Support Center in Beloit, WI is currently seeking a talented Regional Pricing Manager. Reporting to the Manager of Pricing and Analytics, this associate will help employee pricing strategies that meet the needs of our field leadership teams across ABC Supply, L&W, and TCI. ### Responsibilities: - Frequently monitor pricing analytics for accuracy, consistency and margin growth opportunities. - Work closely with field leadership to drive sales, increase profits, and remain competitive in each market across 1-2 company regions. - Attend field business meetings and represent pricing & analytics initiatives - Provide consultation and guidance to senior leadership in order to identify needs, opportunities, and efficiencies related to standard pricing, customer price agreements, overrides and quoting - Support company-wide implementation of pricing resets and pricing initiatives to assist field in making more informed pricing decisions. - Help identify company-level opportunities and manage processes to raise sales and profitability through price optimization strategies. - Provide regular and ad-hoc pricing analysis and support to management. - Support, maintain, and help improve field pricing software. ### Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Accounting, Math, Statistics preferred) - 7+ years of related experience - Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills - Position requires up to 30% travel ### Skills & Traits: - Externally focused mindset driven to support needs of key decision makers and positively impact the business - High deductive reasoning skills with the ability to a clarify a need/opportunity, review pertinent information, ask questions, and come to an actionable conclusion - Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels within the organization - Willingness to serve the most effective role in support of projects and field leadership needs - Ability to accomplish objectives and meet deadlines - Strong analysis and problem solving skills - Self-directed time and project management ### Benefits may include: - Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket - 401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vested - Employer paid employee assistance program - Employer paid short term and long-term disability - Employer paid life insurance - Flex spending - Paid vacation - Paid sick days - Paid holidays **Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Workplace** **​ABC Supply values diversity and we actively encourage women, minorities, and veterans to apply.**
