Responsible for the successful placement of international high school exchange students with volunteer host families throughout a designated region. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of Local Coordinators (independent contractors), volunteer host families, and schools. A demonstrated ability to produce results, stay organized, and inspire others will help you to build strong connections with your Local Coordinators and your colleagues. You will support and motivate your team to achieve annual goals and ensure proper community outreach.
