Ready to shape culture and lead People operations in Hungary? Come join us as our Regional People Operations Specialist . You’ll be based in Budapest, Hungary and responsible for our team here. This role acts as the primary advisor to regional leadership on organizational health, everyday operational questions, and employee experience. The role combines some strategic elements with hands-on operational responsibility. We need someone who can conquer any obstacle using solid critical thinking skills, and lead execution/operational excellence to make an impact. The Job: Regional People Function Oversight Guide a distributed People Operations & Workplace Experience team (2–3 members) Ensure seamless execution of onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Maintain compliance and consistency across policies and employee relations Identify opportunities to scale, standardize, and improve processes Oversee office operations and vendor partnerships to enhance workplace experience You: 4+ years of experience in HR / People roles Experience working in a (preferably U.S.-based), fast-paced organization Strong knowledge of Hungarian employment law and fluency in both Hungarian and English is required Solid background in employee relations, organizational design, and change management Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Operational excellence with a focus on scalable, efficient processes We Offer: Hybrid work Catered lunch at the office 3 days per week Private health insurance with Medicare (Blue package + hospital coverage) A monthly or quarterly public transportation pass for Budapest Shares in the company (we're a double unicorn company!)
