We are looking for a Regional Market President to join our team ! In this role, you will serve as the operational and strategic anchor for Diverge Health's East Region building and developing the senior leaders who drive day-to-day performance, and contributing to the company's broader market strategy at the senior leadership level. What You'll Do As the Regional Market President, you will own the full operating picture for the East Region: P&L accountability, team development, care delivery quality, and the relationships with providers and payers that make our markets work. This is a role for a proven multi-market operator who knows how to build the infrastructure that lets organizations scale — someone who finds deep satisfaction in developing leaders, implementing and executing an established operating model, collaborating with central functional leaders to launch and refine new programs and initiatives, and guiding a region through change with steadiness and clarity. Key areas you'll add value Own P&L accountability across all East Region markets, with direct responsibility for financial performance and operational targets. Partner with the COO and senior leadership team to shape company-wide market strategy, bringing an operator's perspective to enterprise decisions Identify opportunities for market growth, operational efficiency, and geographic expansion across the region Lead a regional team spanning care operations, practice partnerships, aggregator relations, market operations, and medical leadership Manage and develop the senior and first line managers who oversee frontline staff — this role demands the ability to lead through layers Build a strong leadership bench by upskilling senior managers to own provider, payer, and aggregator relationships independently and to know when and how to escalate Foster a high-performance, culturally competent team culture that reflects and respects the communities we serve Define the model for how senior provider relationships are owned and managed within the region; ensure the right leader serves as the primary point of contact for each key relationship Establish clear escalation protocols so the team can manage executive-level provider and payer engagement with confidence Ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery across all geographies through strong oversight of Care Operations leadership Formalize performance standards, define clear intervention criteria, and maintain the operating cadence that keeps the region running well What You Bring 7–10 years of experience in a managerial or operational leadership role; 10–15 years preferred At least 5 years of experience supervising other senior people managers, with demonstrated manager-of-managers experience required At least 3 years of direct P&L management experience in a health plan, large medical practice, or managed services organization, preferably across multiple geographies or product lines; at least 5 years of total P&L experience Deep knowledge of government health insurance programs including Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and Traditional Medicare, as well as ACO and other value-based contract structures, preferably including hands-on experience working with safety net providers Demonstrated experience leading change management in complex, matrixed organizations High social and cultural…
