You'll be responsible for functional components of the division regionally. You'll be responsible for infection prevention and control surveillance, analysis and reporting of trends and keeps all staff and leadership apprised. - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required. - Minimum of five (5) years of Registered Nurse experience is required. - Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required. - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. - Knowledge of quality improvement principles, patient safety practices, regulatory requirements, and healthcare performance metrics.
