The Regional Maintenance Manager *position can live anywhere within the territory* ***though will require regular travel to the diesel maintenance shops in New Jersey, eastern PA, and Jessup, MD***. Ideally the candidates will live in the Greater Philadelphia area. This position is a key leadership position for Miller Truck Leasing and will have the ability to positively impact our continued growth. **You Will:** - Lead teams of diesel technicians and service managers at assigned shops in NJ, eastern PA, and Jessup, MD - P&L responsibility for each shop - Implement and manage to company processes and procedures at all shops in the region - Travel to shops regularly - Ensure safety and OSHA and DOT compliance of shops and employees - Manage hiring and scheduling across locations - Audit maintenance and repairs and monitor KPIs for each location **You Have:** - 10 or more years of experience managing in heavy diesel truck maintenance - Strong organizational and customer-focused skills - Proficiency with computer and vehicle diagnostics - Willingness to travel within district (Within 100 miles), work flexible schedule, and work overtime if needed - Business degree or technical school certification - Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Truck Leasing experience is strongly desired **We Have:** - Competitive compensation including base salary ($115,000-125,000) + Annual Bonus (to $15,000 when meeting KPI's) + Monthly Car Allowance - Paid Vacation and Holidays - Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance with HRA, HSA, and FSA options - 401(k) with a company provided match - Employee Discounts and an Employee Assistance Program If you are looking for a great, safe work environment, look no further.
