Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments. 12 years of experience in electrical design, operations, and commissioning of substations, switchgear, ATP/ATS, emergency power systems, power monitoring, and electrical protection. 12 years of experience as a practicing engineer. 5 years of experience in leadership roles. Experience in electrical infrastructure. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or other relevant fields. Professional Engineering (PE) license. Experience with medium voltage systems. Experience with cross-discipline teams (e.g., structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, architectural). Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of high voltage substations, medium or low voltage electrical distribution systems, alternating current (AC)/direct current (DC) systems, and associated power management or supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) tools. Experience working with data center equipment and environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, transformers, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems), with an understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
