In our time of Company growth, we seek a **Regional Health Center Manager**. **Work Location:** Bradenton, FL **As part of this role, you will:** - Achieving business goals and revenue targets - Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives - Recruiting, training, and supporting Health Center managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals - Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective - Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed - Determine workflows and implement procedures that are efficient and effective - Assist in the preparation of monthly departmental and project reports - Participates as a member of the management team in the overall management of the health center sites ## Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred - Note: 5+ years’ medical office experience will be accepted instead of Bachelor’s degree in addition to other experience requirements - 3+ years’ experience in healthcare management and staff scheduling required - Certified Medical Office Manager (e.g. CMOM) or similar certification preferred - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel required - Experience with HEDIS measures and Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies a plus - Clinical experience a plus - Experience with EMR systems, knowledge of clinical portals, and reporting a plus - Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus and may be required for certain locations - Must have a valid Florida Driver License in order to drive to various sites
