Regional Facility Engineer-NYC

**Position Summary** The Regional Facility Engineer is responsible for an assigned region's Facility Engineers. This includes providing ongoing training and support to the Facility Engineers to ensure building maintenance and standards are met. **Job Duties/Responsibilities** - Performs inspections of repairs, maintenance of HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical systems and recreational pools - Verifies chemistry and temperature control checks of recreational pools to comply with state, local and company requirements - Responds to and prioritizes repair requests, responds immediately to emergency repairs - Supervises, trains, develops, and assesses facility engineers to ensure continuous growth through orientations, direction, and feedback - Recruits and interviews for additions to staff and makes hiring and promotion recommendation - Ensures all CMMS activity is being accurately maintained and utilized - Reports activity of all clubs to Facilities Engineering Department **Minimum Required Qualifications** - Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time - Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to life more than 20 lbs - Ability to follow-through on deliverables and pay attention to details in the midst of multiple projects and deadlines - 2 year college degree in a related field - 7-10 years HVAC repair and building maintenance experience - Certified Pool Operator, Universal CFC, State boiler, pressure vessel operating licenses ## ## ## **Benefits** All team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time: - A fully subsidized membership - Discounts on Life Time products and services - 401(k) retirement savings plan with company discretionary match (21 years of age and older) - Training and professional development - Paid sick leave where required by law Full-time Team Members are eligible for additional benefits, including: - Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage - Short term and long term disability insurance - Life insurance - Pre-tax flexible spending and dependent care plans - Parental leave and adoption assistance - Paid time off, including 5 to 20 vacation days per calendar year (based on tenure) and paid sick leave - Deferred compensation plan, if the team member meets the required income threshold Life Time is a place for everyone.
