Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world. ## Job Description **Turner & Townsend** seeks an experienced **Construction Security** to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal Construction Security will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service. Responsibilities: - Site access control and badging oversight - Perimeter security and risk mitigation - Ensure that appropriate security systems are present - Plan, coordinate, and report security systems - Prepare security education modules - Vendor and contractor security compliance - Incident response and escalation support - Alignment with corporate and operational security standards - Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects. - Can analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. - Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized. - Ensure application of best practice on all projects. - Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required - Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are applied correctly. - Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews - Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications. - Forecast and update key project milestones and budget. - Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria - Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders - Rapid response to RFIs from the field - Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required - Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers. - Client management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities. - Strategic Thinking - provides advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives. - Knowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project are captured. - Process improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes - SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction. - Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team - Effective presentation skills - Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools - Strong communication skills. ## Additional Information **The salary range for this full-time role is $160K-$180K per year.
