This role will require close collaboration with both internal teams and external agencies to mitigate compliance vulnerabilities, provide technical assistance, and develop and implement corrective action plans as needed to maintain compliance with all relevant standards. This position is a key role on the Management team, ensuring success across all sites. **To be considered you should:** **Law degree.** Have extensive knowledge of **CARF** (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and **PREA** (Prison Rape Elimination Act) regulations. Have prior experience working with juvenile placement agencies.
