Regional Cleaner

**Elite Building Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Regional Cleaner to join our team. This position involves traveling throughout an assigned region to provide cleaning and facility services for commercial clients. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and willing to travel as needed.** **The Regional Cleaner will report to our Owings Mills, Maryland office and travel within a 40-mile radius to provide support and coverage for customer locations throughout the assigned territory.** **Work Schedule:** Monday–Friday, Evening Shift (4:00 PM – 11:00 PM) **Minimum Qualifications** - Authorized to work in the United States - High school diploma or equivalent - Reliable transportation - Valid driver's license - Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively **Preferred Qualifications** - Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience - Previous property or building maintenance experience - Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and products **Key Responsibilities** - Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas - Perform dusting, glass cleaning, trash removal, and supply restocking - Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot treatment - Follow company safety procedures and quality standards - Travel to multiple client locations as assigned - Report maintenance concerns or facility issues to management **Physical Requirements** - Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies weighing 10 pounds or more regularly - Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, squat, climb stairs, and stand or walk for extended periods - Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift **Why Join Elite Building Services?** Supportive team environment and stable, growing company with a commitment to quality service. **If you are dependable, hardworking, and looking to build a career with a growing company, we encourage you to apply today.** **EEOC**
