Regional Business Development Leader - Water, Environment Consulting Services

Woodard & Curran is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Business Development Leader to lead public-sector growth across the Northeastern Region. In this senior leadership role, you will develop and execute regional growth strategies that support the company's vision, strategic plan, and business objectives. You will lead a geographically dispersed business development team, strengthen client relationships, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive growth across municipal water and environmental markets. Success in this role requires a proven track record of public-sector sales, client development, strategic pursuits, team leadership, and business growth. You will collaborate closely withRegional Leaders, Practice Leaders, Client Managers, Marketing, and Operations to align priorities and bring the full capabilities of Woodard & Curran to our clients.
