You will work closely with internal teams and external healthcare partners to deliver accurate, timely, and compassionate support. - Manage concierge referral requests by understanding member needs, preferences, and healthcare requirements. - Research and identify high-quality providers that align with member needs, insurance coverage, and care preferences. - Coordinate appointment scheduling with provider offices and ensure members receive ongoing support throughout the process. - Collect accurate provider information, including availability, insurance participation, services offered, and conditions treated. - Balance efficiency, service quality, and performance goals while maintaining a high level of member satisfaction. - Meet or exceed service level agreements and quality standards for referral management. - Assist members with collecting and transferring medical records to support continuity of care. - Collaborate with Member Care, Clinical, Quality, Training, and Records teams to resolve issues and improve member experiences. - Communicate clearly and effectively with healthcare providers, members, and internal stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and service quality. - Support members by explaining available benefits and connecting them with appropriate resources. - Continue developing expertise and taking on additional responsibilities to create greater value within the role. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and compassionate professional who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
