Our mission is to create exceptional entertainment experiences where families, friends, and communities come together. **Job Description** As a Redemption Desk Attendant at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will be responsible for assisting guests with redeeming points earned from arcade games for a variety of prizes. Your role will involve providing excellent guest service, maintaining accurate redemption records, and ensuring a seamless redemption process for our guests. **Job Responsibilities** - Greet guests warmly and assist them with redeeming tickets for prizes. - Provide information about prize options and help guests make selections. - Verify points accurately using the redemption system. Ensure that guests receive the correct amount of points for their purchases. - Maintain a well-organized and stocked redemption counter. - Restock prizes as needed and ensure that all prizes are displayed attractively. - Provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the redemption desk area. - Ensure that the redemption area is free from hazards and obstacles. - Assist with other tasks as needed to support overall arcade operations. **Required Skills** - Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused - Able to take direction and work together as a team - Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure **Education & Experience** - Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times - Must be at least 16 years of age - Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion **Physical Requirements** - Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times. - Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions **Team Member Benefits** - Competitive Pay and Growth - Team Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!
