This hands-on position includes electronic disassembly, secure material handling, hard drive shredding, inventory tracking, and preparing materials for resale or responsible recycling. When not traveling to customer sites (typically up to one week per month), Recycling Technicians work in our Chantilly warehouse supporting daily recycling operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with one Saturday per month occasionally required as an overtime opportunity. Candidates must be able to safely lift at least 60 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. **What You'll Do:** - Receive, sort, and process computers, servers, hard drives, and other electronic equipment - Manually disassemble electronic equipment and separate materials for recycling or resale - Operate hard drive shredders, tape degaussers, balers, industrial scales, and other recycling equipment - Scan and accurately track inventory using Securis' proprietary inventory management system - Prepare, package, and ship customer orders and recycled materials - Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment - Maintain secure chain-of-custody procedures while handling customer assets and ensure all physical security protocols are followed - Perform routine inspections of warehouse tools and equipment and report maintenance or repair needs - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment - Participate in weekly operations meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives - Travel to customer locations (typically up to one week per month) to perform secure electronics recycling and data destruction services **What We're Looking For:** **Required Qualifications** - U.S. Citizen - High school diploma or GED - One to two…
