As a Talent Sourcing / Talent Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to dive into the inner workings of our Recruiting "engine" - identifying and engaging top talent for SentinelOne across technical and non-technical roles. By proactively sourcing candidates using AI & various online channels, and by building candidate relationships, your role will be key to ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and supporting our company’s recruiting success. You’ll be joining us on our mission to Secure Tomorrow™ at a truly exciting time - as our company scales beyond $1B revenue, and as we build the future of Recruiting, that is Human-led, AI-powered. This role is a great fit for an aspiring Talent Acquisition specialist who is eager to apply their curiosity, to experiment, and committed to continuous learning. During this 3 month-long internship (start date October 5th, 2026) , you’ll get an excellent opportunity to gain real-life experience, useful for your future career in Recruiting. We’ll also enable you in combining this internship with your university studies - this is a part-time role (Agreement on working activity = DPČ), with a flexible schedule of 20 hours/week on average - primarily from our modern offices in Prague - Karlín, with the opportunity for flexible hybrid work schedule after training). What Will You Do? Primary responsibilities include : Partner with senior Talent Sourcers and Recruiters to understand the job openings' requirements, and then research and identify top technical and non-technical talent across multiple online channels. Use a combination of tools like LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Findem, GitHub, social networks, and others, as well as AI ethically - to build diverse, qualified candidate pools & pipelines and engage potential talent (expect outbound communication & headhunting). Write and test personalized outreach messages, leveraging A/B testing & AI to improve response rates. Learn to analyze recruiting data, funnel metrics, and understand sourcing KPIs (response rate, pass-through rate, etc.). Conduct market mapping, research on industry trends, and competitor analyses to uncover new talent pools and inspire creative, impactful Talent Acquisition & Branding initiatives.
