The candidate will gain valuable HR Recruitment experience with its many functions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, job fair events, employment centers, and employee referrals. - Conduct thorough virtual candidate screenings and interviews. - Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit. - Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers. - Collaborate with field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process. - Maintain accurate and organized records using our applicant tracking system (ATS). - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. - Create ongoing recruitment/sourcing strategies and tools as a means of increasing applicants and driving awareness in the market. **Pay Range:** $23-$25/hour **Keys to success:** - Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role. - Experience with Sales recruitment an asset. - Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. **What We Offer:** - 6 month contract with opportunity of extension - Competitive salary. - Remote full time Monday-Friday schedule. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - A collaborative and inclusive work environment. - Chance to work with a talented and passionate team.
