This role is part of Schumacher North America, which is the largest division of the company. **About The Role** We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-minded Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is the operational backbone of the recruiting function – owning the buildout and ongoing optimization of our ATS, supporting active recruiting and strategic projects prioritized with the team (focus varies – e.g., employer branding, candidate experience). The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience configuring talent acquisition systems, a process-design mindset, and the ability to translate recruiter pain points into clean, functional solutions. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office at our HQ in Soho, NYC. **Responsibilities** **HRIS & ATS System Buildout** - Lead the end-to-end configuration and buildout of the HRIS and ATS platforms to support the full talent acquisition lifecycle. - Design, document, and implement standardized recruiting workflows within the system, including job requisition approval, candidate stages, offer management, and new hire handoff to onboarding. - Build and maintain system integrations between the ATS, HRIS, and adjacent tools (e.g., LinkedIn, background check providers, HRIS modules). - Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure data flows, permissions, and system architecture align with business requirements. - Serve as the primary system administrator for recruiting platforms—managing user access, configuration updates, and troubleshooting. **Process Design & Optimization** - Map current-state recruiting processes and identify gaps, redundancies, and automation opportunities. - Build and maintain a library of standardized recruiting templates, scorecards, and workflow documentation. - Develop and enforce data hygiene standards and ensure consistent use of the ATS across the recruiting team. - Create and maintain SOPs for all key recruiting operations processes. **Reporting & Analytics** - Build and maintain recruiting team reporting covering pipeline health, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and recruiter capacity. - Translate data into actionable insights for the TA leadership team and business partners. - Ensure data integrity across all reporting by establishing consistent data entry standards. **Talent Acquisition Team Activities** - Contribute to top priority strategic project…
